Hi everyone, Today I want to discuss the pros and cons of working in a customer facing role when you have special needs Personally I find that it can be quite satisfying working in customer service in Hollywood Bowl I work with a team of very intelligent people with their own specialist subjects within the company such as some know how to work some departments more than others For example: my team are Diner Bar Reception and Kitchen and we are supposed to support each other and with the help of the management What works best for me? How does that benefit me?
