Tips for when you’re feeling stressed

 Here are my best tips for those people who feel stressed or anything and don’t know what to do 

I would use 

a) a stress ball so you have something you can use 

b) a fidget cube so u have something to occupy your hands with 

c) I was taught a breathing method where you breathe in through your nose, nice and slow
