Getting through xmas with a smile

Getting through xmas with a smile

so its getting to that time of year where we are starting to get all our christmas things out the lofts and put up those lights and xmas trees and prepare for a beautiful magical time

for a lot of people, this can be such a hard and dark time of their lives, for many of us the pandemic has not helped up, but this xmas lets all light a candle to show that light in the darkness is how we all come together as a nation through dark times is to show the light at the end of the tunnel.

here is my advice for having an amazing xmas:

  • follow all government rules that have been put to us, get vaccinated, get your booster jab as soon as you are called by the nhs

  • if you're inside with lots of people, make sure you have ventilation around you to let all the covid particles out so you are less likely to be infected

  • make sure you have some chill out time with your family especially if this is a hard time for you and your family

  • Make sure you eat and drink, there is nothing worse than suffering with mental health if you don't eat and drink

  • make sure you're nice and relaxed, decorate the tree and the house, talk to your family about what is going on in your life, have a few xmas jokes

  • have some amazing shopping trips get some nice stuff for xmas that you will enjoy

make sure you all stay safe this xmas, lets follow the rules, get tested if you feel unwell, but send love and praise to one another, lets tell each other how much they are loved! lets keep in contact with our loved ones wherever they maybe in the world <3
